The Museum of the City of Manaus (MUMA), is a historical place that reveres the history of the people and the city of Manaus.

The place was once the seat of provincial government and today houses the city’s museum with a technological and interactive exhibition.

House of Ideas

The House of Ideas is a cultural space that offers, movies, coffee, Collaborative Shop and Gallery.

The place also has spaces for the School of Ideas, with meeting rooms, classrooms, and workstations, all available for rent.

Open from Wednesday to Sunday from 3pm to 8pm

Óscar Ramos Cultural Center

The space is located in the old houses 66 and 77, one of the first houses in the city of Manaus.

The place has a permanent exhibition in honor of the late Amazonian artist, Óscar Ramos, it is possible to admire his writings, drawings, paintings, costumes, and personal items.

Open Tuesdays through Sundays from 9AM to 5PM.

Largo Gallery

The Largo Galleryis a space devoted to the visual arts of artists from the capital and the countryside. The works can be classic, modern, or contemporary.

Open Tuesdays through Sundays from 3 PM to 8 PM.

House of Arts

The House of Arts seeks to offer several cultural activities to the population, with spontaneous artistic creation and production.

The space also hosts temporary exhibitions and at Christmas time it is transformed into Santa Claus’ House.

For the time being, operations are suspended because the space is closed for maintenance.

Palace of Justice

The Palace of Justice Cultural Center, a centennial building, was completed in the early twentieth century to house the judiciary and today receives visitors from all over the world.

It is open to public visitation, and offers exhibitions, musical shows, theater, cinema, and lectures.

Open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9am to 5pm.

Rio Negro Palace

The Rio Negro Palace, in eclectic style was built to be the residence of a merchant, the German Karl Waldemar Scholz, and is one of the buildings that characterize the rubber boom period.

The building was once the seat of government and today is a cultural center that hosts recitals, exhibitions, book launches, and other cultural activities.

Open Tuesday through Saturday, from 9am to 5pm.
